computers so they can properly run EEM and Flash Timing software.  Before

If you do not get an answer, leave a very brief message that includes the following:

(1) Your first and last name - and the time of day;

(3) Type of meet/event (Track, XC, or Road Race);

(4) A specific - very brief description of your issue;

(5) How URGENT your situation is at the time you call.

       "not urgent" ---  please call today before 10pm  / the call will be returned the same day

       "urgent" --- please call as soon as possible / the call will be returned within a few hours

       "very urgent" --- please call IMMEDIATELY / the call will be returned immediately

            If you leave an "urgent" message and do not receive an answer or immediate return phone call,

            call another Team Member.  Feel free to repeat this process until you get the information you need.
